Returns 

• Our policy last 10 days have gone by since your purchase ,unfortunately we cant' offer you a refund or exchange 
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We will not provide refunds or exchanges for product that is returned damaged or not in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued once the product has been received in good condition.

Refund

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Cash on Delivery

• Cash on Delivery is available for adresses within 3 km of Area UMK and Kolej Kediaman Sri Kemumin.  
• Order must be placed 1-2 days  before the date you remaining 
• When your order is ready for delivery , you will receive our message and on the way to suprises your beloved one with our precious box!
