SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

What You Need to Know

Cash on Delivery

  • Cash on Delivery is available for adresses within 3 km of Area UMK and Kolej Kediaman Sri Kemumin.  

  • Order must be placed 1-2 days  before the date you remaining 

  • When your order is ready for delivery , you will receive our message and on the way to suprises your beloved one with our precious box!

Fast Standard Delivery 

  • Delivery typically in one to five business days after shipment

  • Local Shipment ( Inside Malaysia) 

Usually if there is isn't any delayed ,your parcel should be arrive at your intended location in ​

  1. Peninsular of Malaysia : 2-3 days after order pickup (workings day)

  2. Sabah/ Sarawak : 5- 6 days after order pickup (workings day)

  • All area in Peninsular of Malaysia : Jnt Express ​

  • Sabah / Sarawak: Pos Laju Malaysia

RETURNS

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
