Throughout this e-commerce tasks, which is by operating a business selling gift box (Navillera Story) based on online, I received a lot of input. First, cooperation is the main thing that needs to be emphasized throughout running this business because without cooperation all parts are unable to function properly. Second, at the beginning I saw the easiest part of e-marketing because I often see traders update their business on e-commerce and social media platforms. However, when I implemented it, I found that we need to give full commitment to promote our business. Finally, I was able to learn the right way to attract customers through workshops and classes.
